Post 1: My authobiography

Hi everyone, I’m going to talk about myself. I was born in Santiago on the third of November, 1993. So, so far I have 22 years old. This is my second year studying psychology. When I finished the high school I wanted to study astronomy, that’s why I studied in “fcfm” few years ago. I decided I didn’t want to work as an astronomer for the rest of my life, so, I dropped out. I have a normal family: A dad, a mom and just one brother. Talking about hobbies, I have to mention the music and soccer. Music is everything to me, I’m a rap singer since I was 15 years old and after some years, I started to learn how to play saxophone…mainly to play jazz or blues. That’s all for now. The first blog

I'm Miguel and this is my second year studying psychology. Thinking in  improving my English skills I have to write about my weaknesses and strenghts in English and what expectations I have for this class. As far as I have thought about it, my main strenghts are my speaking skills, my "relatively" wide vocabulary and my curiosity. On the other hand, my biggest weakness could be my shyness when I have to talk or my listening comprehension when I talk with natives with a british accent because so far my English has been so "americanized", mainly because my native friends are from New York or Chicago. As a matter of fact, my expectations with this class are related to my weaknesses, I want to talk a lot even though I dont feel confident sometimes, and I really want to improve my listening skills because I usually dont understand everything when my American friends send me audio messages. I really hope it comes true.
